Hat Yai 2D1N Tour Package (Code: HAT001)

Day 1

5:00 am: Leave Penang.
7:00 am: Cross border into Thailand.
8:00 am: Arrive in Hat Yai, we go for our first sightseeing stop, to visit the Big Buddha.
9:00 am: We proceed to visit the Mummy Monk Temple (Ak Chan Thong), where chanting, blessings and holy flower showering is conducted for believers.
10:30 am: We visit the shop selling sharks fin and bird nest. We also shop for minyak angin and stainless steel ware and genuine leather products. We will also visit the wholesale shop selling high-quality cashew nuts at very reasonable prices.
12:00 noon: We enjoy our lunch at a special restaurant at a waterfall. The restaurant is located on the riverside, with rocks and cave. Lunch is at own cost.
1:30 pm: We proceed to Hatyai Botanical Gardens & View Point. From here, we can enjoy a panoramic view of the giant 4-Faced Buddha, the Standing Kuan Yin, and the Standing Buddha.
4:00 pm: We visit Hatyai's Floating Market. Please note, it operates only on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. Trips happening on other days will be taken straight to hotel for check in.
7:00 pm: Transfer to the restaurant for dinner (at own cost). Cabaret show with dinner is also available, and can be arranged for RM40 per person. Night: Free & Easy. You can go for a massage if you wish.

Day 2 (B)

Breakfast in the morning at the hotel. Thereafter, you have the whole day free to your own disposal, to go shopping in Hatyai.

4:00 pm: Transfer back to Penang
8:00 pm: Arrive in Penang.

4. Thai AIG Insurance (Loss of life, dismemberment, loss of sight or total permanent disability: sum insured Baht 200,000 per pax; Medical expenses each accident: Baht 100,000 per pax)

1. Tips. Please pay tips to the tour guide and driver together. Tip at least RM5/guest/day.
2. Meals if not mentioned within the itinerary, or stated as own cost
3. Any optional activities.

Hat Yai Buddhist Pilgrimage (Sarng Ka Sei) 2D1N Tour (Code: HAT002)

Day 1

5am Pick up from bus terminal or your house if it is on the way, as we start of our dana trip to Nakhon Si Thammarat. After crossing the border we will proceed to Wat Pakoh, where Lung Por Tuat was born. You may pray and view the holy snake ball that was offered by a snake when Mung Por Tuat was born.

Thereafter we proceed to Nakorn Si Thammarat. First we will visit Wat Phra Mahathat, the only holy pagoda with no shadow. We will offer the holy yellow monks' dress to the pagoda. Then we shall have lunch followed by a visit to the first Chatukham temple and City Pillar.

In the late afternoon, we will make our way back to Hatyai. After dinner we will check into hotel, and then it is free and easy.

Day 2 (B)

Breakfast at hotel.
9.30 am: We will go to attend the ceremony of offering food to 108 monks.
12:00 pm: Return to hotel to pack up and check out. After that, it is free and easy time for shopping.
2:00 pm: We leave Hatyai and visit Achan Tong Temple for holy showering.
4:00 pm: Depart for Penang.
8:00 pm: Arriving home and wish you good luck.
