• For single occupancy, Weekday - RM80/room/night and Weekend, School & Public Holiday - RM100/room/night will be imposed (Base on twin sharing) except Dorm
• Children aged between 4-11 years old sharing room with parents charged 60% of adult fare
• Children aged between 1-3 years old (without bed) charged RM60/infant

Child Policy
Children aged between 4-12 years old are charged at 60% from adult fare.

Room Policy Each room be at least 2 adults paying full fare the only follow by child fare

Deposit / Prepayment All reservation must be guaranteed with a NON-REFUNDABLE/TRANSFERABLE DEPOSIT OF RM 200
PER PERSON for individual (FIT) & booking of group (GIT) booking in 7 days after confirmation received.

The company requires full payment for each booking to made to KLSO at least (14) days prior to arrival.

Cancellations Charges
In case of cancellation or reduce rooms, the deposit or pre-payment will be forfeited automatically.

Cancellation fees per person shall be imposed as following:
·  More than 30 days before departure: 20% of total fare or deposit whichever is higher
·  14 days to 29 days before departure: 50% of total fare
·  Under 14 days before departure: 100% of total fare
